Sadie teaches a weekly general Hatha Yoga class that suits all abilities. She is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher.
The Hatha Yoga class will help you to increase your strength, flexibility and range of movement. You don't have to be flexible to feel good and do yoga. Expect a warm welcome and a class that connects you to your body.
There is a deep relaxation session at the end of the class to help you cope with life's stress and leave you feeling rejuvenated.
